Perioperative Chemotherapie im Vergleich zur neoadjuvanten Radiochemotherapie bei Patienten mit Adenokarzinom der Speiseröhre (ESOPEC)
Curative adenocarcinoma of the esophagus / GEJ. Tumors of the esophagus (AEG1) as well as tumors infiltrating the cardia (AEG2) and subcardiac transitional carcinomas with a tumor center up to 5cm below the Z line (AEG3) can be included in the ESOPEC study. Kurativ behandeltes Adenokarzinom des Ösophagus/GEJ. Sowohl Tumoren des Ösophagus (AEG1) als auch den Ösophagus infiltrierende Tumoren der Kardia (AEG2) und subkardiale Übergangskarzinome mit Tumorzentrum bis zu 5cm unterhalb der Z-Linie (AEG3) können in die ESOPEC Studie eingeschlossen werden.
