The aim of this study is the assessment of the clinical activity of the combination of durvalumab and tremelimumab and of the combination of durvalumab and tremelimumab with gemcitabine and cisplatin compared to gemcitabine and cisplatin in treatment-naïve patients with locally advanced, unresectable or metastatic cholangio- and gallbladder carcinoma.
