Eine multizentrische offene Phase-1b / 2-Studie des Bruton-Tyrosinkinase (BTK) -Inhibitors Ibrutinib in Kombination mit Lenalidomid und Rituximab bei Patienten mit rezidiviertem oder refraktärem diffusem großzelligem B-Zell-Lymphom
This Phase 1b/2 study is designed to assess the safety and efficacy of ibrutinib in combination with lenalidomide and rituximab in subjects with relapsed/refractory DLBCL not eligible for transplant. Phase 2 will evaluate only subjects with de novo non-GCB subtype DLBCL. Approximately 46 subjects will be enrolled in the Phase 1b portion. Phase 2 will enroll approximately 55 subjects to ensure enrollment of at least 49 response-evaluable subjects at 20 mg lenalidomide; approximately 28 additional subjects may be enrolled at 25 mg lenalidomide.
Diese Phase-1b / 2-Studie soll die Sicherheit und Wirksamkeit von Ibrutinib in Kombination mit Lenalidomid und Rituximab bei Patienten mit rezidiviertem / refraktärem DLBCL bewerten, die nicht für eine Transplantation in Frage kommen. In Phase 2 werden nur Probanden mit dem De-novo-Nicht-GCB-Subtyp DLBCL bewertet. Ungefähr 46 Probanden werden in den Teil der Phase 1b aufgenommen. In Phase 2 werden ungefähr 55 Probanden eingeschlossen, um sicherzustellen, dass mindestens 49 ansprechbare Probanden mit 20 mg Lenalidomid aufgenommen werden. Etwa 28 zusätzliche Probanden können mit 25 mg Lenalidomid aufgenommen werden.
